Understand Monitoring Results
Monitoring Results is where you review, analyze, organize, and share the coverage captured by your Topics and Subscriptions.
Depending on what you're trying to accomplish, you can switch between the Mention Feed, Syndicates, and Analytics views to explore your coverage in different ways.
This article provides an overview of the available views and tools within Monitoring Results. Links to more detailed articles are included throughout.

🔹 Understand Syndicated Coverage
The Syndicates view groups together articles that have been republished across multiple outlets, making it easier to understand the overall reach and impact of a story.
Instead of reviewing each syndicated article individually, Syndicates consolidates related coverage into a single view.
For each syndication group, Agility displays:
The number of syndicated versions
The publication timeframe
Combined impressions across the syndicated coverage
Select View All to review every version of a syndicated story.
Syndicates can help answer questions such as:
How widely was a story distributed?
Which publication appears to be the original source?
What was the total potential reach of the story?
Which version should be saved or included in reporting?
This view is particularly useful when monitoring press releases, newswire content, and other stories that are frequently republished across multiple publications.
Why are some syndicated press releases marked as Online?
Agility classifies each mention based on the media type of the outlet where that specific mention was published, not by the original source of the content.
For example, a press release may be republished by an online news website. In that case, the syndicated mention is classified as Online because it appeared on an online publication, while the original distribution may still appear as a Press Release.
🔹 Analytics View
The Analytics view provides a high-level overview of your monitoring results.
Available reporting may include:
Coverage volume
Impressions
AVE
Sentiment analysis
Media type breakdowns
Coverage trends over time
Use Analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and understand the impact of your coverage.
