If you have the URL or headline of your coverage, you can quickly find it in Agility and add it to your coverage in one of the following ways:
Search by URL: Copy/paste the full URL of the article into the search field, adjust the date to when the article was published, and search:
Please note that direct URL search is faster, but usually effective for open web pages only. This means that if you are looking for licensed content or articles behind subscriptions, searching by keyword (see below) is generally more effective.
Search by keyword: Enter the keyword you are monitoring or keywords from the article headline. To further refine your results, you may also add the root URL of the publication under Sources.
Once found, you can select the mention and save it to a folder.
If not available, Agility allows you to manually create the mentions one at a time or in bulk. Here's how.
