Following the UK’s withdrawal from the EU, the UK GDPR replaced the EU GDPR for UK residents’ personal data. Although the EU GDPR no longer applies directly within the UK, UK organizations—and all global organizations processing EU personal data—must still comply with GDPR-level requirements.

Agility PR Solutions has the expertise, systems, and governance in place to comply with GDPR as required. We have implemented company-wide reviews of our data protection practices and updated our policies accordingly.
To support GDPR compliance, we updated the Terms and Conditions governing the use of Agility products and services to include a Data Processing Agreement Addendum.

Your organization will receive the updated Terms and Conditions for signature via DocuSign from your Account Manager. By continuing to use Agility after the update, your organization agrees to the updated terms.

🔹 Shared Responsibility for GDPR Compliance
Under GDPR, both Agility PR Solutions and our clients (end-users) share responsibility for compliance.
Agility ensures the platform adheres to GDPR requirements.
Clients must ensure that their use of the platform (including management of private contacts) complies with GDPR obligations.
