How to Send a New Email to the Recipients Who Clicked, Opened, or Didn’t Open My Previous Email

Agility allows you to quickly send a follow-up email to a specific segment of your previous audience — such as contacts who opened, clicked, or did not open your last email.

This is done directly from your Email Distribution Stats.

🔹 Step 1 — Open Your Email Distribution Stats

Go to:
Media Relations → Email Distribution
Open the sent email you want to work with.

Then select the Recipients tab.


🔹 Step 2 — Choose the Segment You Want to Target

In the Recipients view, select the group you want to follow up with, such as:

  • Opened

  • Unopened

  • Unique Clicks

  • Unique Opens

  • Clicked

  • Bounced (less commonly used)

Click the segment name, and the matching contacts will appear in the right-hand panel.


🔹 Step 3 — Select the Contacts

From the right panel, select the contacts you want included in the follow-up email.

Use Select All if you want the full segment.


🔹 Step 4 — Send to These Contacts

At the bottom right, click Actions.

In the action menu:

  1. Set Action to Send Email Distribution

  2. Choose whether you want to:

    • Create a new distribution, or

    • Add the contacts to an existing draft


🔹 Step 5 — Create Your Follow-Up Email

After clicking Create Distribution, Agility will open the selected email (new or draft) with the recipients already added for you.

You can now:

  • Edit your message

  • Change the subject line

  • Add or remove components

  • Schedule or send immediately

Your targeted follow-up is ready to go.
