Agility allows you to quickly repurpose any saved draft or previously sent email as a starting point for a new distribution. This makes it easy to maintain consistency across your outreach and saves time when sending follow-ups or recurring updates.

🔹 Creating a New Distribution from a Past Email
Step 1: Start a New Distribution
In Media Relations, click Email Distribution.
Step 2: Choose to Create from a Past Distribution
Select Past Distribution.
This opens a list of your previously sent releases and saved drafts.
Step 3: Select the Email You Want to Use
You can:
Scroll through the list to find the email
ORType the name in the search bar to locate it instantly
Step 4: Create a Copy
Agility will generate a copy of the selected email.
You can then:
Edit and update the content as needed
Save the new email under a new name
Modify all included elements before sending
⚠️ Important:
The new distribution will include all elements from the original version, such as:
Text
Images
Attachments
Target lists
Settings
Be sure to review each section and update anything that should not be carried over.
