A saved draft or a previously sent email can be used to send a new release. In Amplify, you can Create New Distribution then opt to Create this from a Past Distribution.

You can scroll through the emails to select the one you want to use. Or, you can type the name in the search bar to quickly jump to it.

This will create a copy of the selected email that you can then save under a new name and use for your new release. Please note that the new email will include all elements from the selected draft: text, images, attachments, target lists, etc. so you will need to change or edit those as you see fit.
