Sending a test email is an important step in reviewing your distribution before it goes out to your media lists. Agility makes this easy through the Content Validation panel inside your email composer.
🔹 Where to Find Test Email & Preview
After composing your email, open the Content Validation panel on the right-hand side of the page.
This is where you can send test messages to yourself or your team.
This section includes:
Send Test Email
Preview Email
Validation checks for links, images, and formatting issues
Once you click Content Validation, you’ll be able to choose one or more test recipients and send a test version of your email.
🔹Click “Send Test Email”
You’ll instantly receive a copy of your email exactly as your recipients will see it.
Use this to check:
Formatting
Links
Images and alt-text
Sender details
Mobile vs. desktop rendering
🔹Preview Your Email
The Device Preview icons at the top of the Content Validation panel let you see how your email will display on desktop, tablet, and mobile — without sending a test first.
