While Agility will identify the contacts that unsubscribed and will automatically prevent your future emails from being delivered to those contacts, it is still strongly recommended to remove them from your targeted lists so they are not counted against your email quota. Depending on the number of contacts that unsubscribed, you have the option to remove them in bulk or one by one.

Removing Unsubscribes in Bulk

  • Go to Amplify > Email Distribution and open the distribution stats that you wanted to manage.

  • Select the "Recipients" tab, click "Unsubscribed" and on the right-hand panel, select all contacts who unsubscribed, then open "Actions."

  • On the window that appears, Choose Action "Remove from List" and select the name of the Targeted Lists(s) you wanted to remove these contacts from. Then click "Remove from List(s)."

Removing Unsubscribes One-by-One

  • Go to Amplify > Email Distribution and open the distribution stats that you wanted to manage.

  • Select the "Recipients" tab, click "Unsubscribed" and on the right-hand panel, find the contact you wish to remove, then click the person icon on the top-right corner, see below:

  • On the window that appears, remove the contact from the list(s) you wanted to remove it from by clicking the x (delete) icon, then click "Updated Lists."

That's it! If you require any further assistance or have any questions, feel free to chat with us or email agilitysupport@agilitypr.com.
