Agility automatically prevents email delivery to contacts who have unsubscribed; however, it is strongly recommended that you remove unsubscribed contacts from your targeted lists so they do not count against your email quota.
You can remove them in bulk or one by one, depending on your needs.
🔹 Removing Unsubscribes in Bulk
Open your email distribution stats
Go to Media Relations > Email Distribution and open the sent email or distribution whose unsubscribes you want to manage.
Filter to unsubscribed recipients
Open the Recipients tab, then click Unsubscribed to show only the contacts who have unsubscribed.
Select all unsubscribed contacts
In the right panel, select all contacts in the unsubscribed list.
(Use “Select All” if available.)
Remove them from your Targeted Lists
Click Actions.
Select Remove from List.
In the window that appears, choose the Targeted List(s) you’d like to remove
these contacts from.
Click Remove from List(s) to confirm
Removing Unsubscribes One-by-One
Open the distribution stats
Go to Media Relations > Email Distribution and open the relevant distribution stats.
Select the Recipients tab and filter to Unsubscribed.
Open the contact profile
In the list, find the contact you want to remove and click the person icon in the top-right of their row to open their profile.
Remove them from specific targeted lists
In the contact window, locate the section showing the lists they belong to.
Click the X next to the list(s) you want to remove them from.
Click Update Lists to save your changes.
(Note: The current button label is Update Lists, not “Updated Lists.”)
