Agility automatically prevents email delivery to contacts who have unsubscribed; however, it is strongly recommended that you remove unsubscribed contacts from your targeted lists so they do not count against your email quota.
You can remove them in bulk or one by one, depending on your needs.
🔹 Removing Unsubscribes in Bulk
1. Open your email distribution stats
Navigate to:
Media Relations → Email Distribution
Open the sent email or distribution containing the unsubscribes you want to manage.
2. Filter to unsubscribed recipients
Go to the Recipients tab.
Click Unsubscribed to display only contacts who unsubscribed.
3. Select all unsubscribed contacts
In the right-hand panel, select all the contacts in the list.
Use Select All if available.
4. Remove them from your Targeted Lists
Click Actions
Choose Remove from List
Select the Targeted List(s) you want the contacts removed from
Click Remove from List(s) to confirm
🔹 Removing Unsubscribes One-by-One
Open the contact profile
In the list, find the contact you want to remove and click the person icon in the top-right of their row to open their profile.
Remove them from specific targeted lists
In the contact window, locate the section showing the lists they belong to.
Click the X next to the list(s) you want to remove them from.
Click Update Lists to save your changes.
(Note: The current button label is Update Lists, not “Updated Lists.”)
