Agility’s PR CoPilot does much more than create original content in seconds. You can use it to refine, correct and perfect your existing PR content and media pitches for you to review.

PR CoPilot can check and fix your spelling, make your content concise or expand on the key points, change the tone of your piece, or translate the whole thing into German. You can even give PR CoPilot a custom prompt and it will incorporate your needs into your writing within seconds.

As soon as you add any content to a text box of an email distribution, the refinement tool becomes visible. You can select to refine your entire content or individual sections.

You are then presented with seven options, each of which instructs PR CoPilot to update your content according to your needs.

By selecting 'Expand on key points', you will see that your content is expanded and the spelling is corrected. The original text is shown below for comparison.

Selecting 'Insert' adds the new content below the original text. 'Replace' instructs Agility to replace the original content with PR CoPilot's version.
