How can I submit a request to Agility's Media Research Team?

Agility makes it easy to request new media contacts or updates to existing profiles. All research requests are sent directly to Agility’s Media Research Team, who begin working on them immediately and typically complete updates very quickly.

🔹 Submit a Research Request for a New Contact

You can request Agility to research a new contact or outlet at any time.

To submit a request:

  • Open the Research Request tool from within the platform.

  • Provide as much detail as possible to help the Media Research Team locate and verify the correct person or outlet.

Requests are picked up right away, and turnaround times are fast.


🔹 Request Updates to an Existing Contact

If an existing record needs correcting or updating, you can submit a request directly from the profile:

  1. Open the contact or outlet profile.

  2. Click Actions > Research Request.

  3. Describe the update needed.

This ensures the team receives the request tied to the correct profile.


🔹 Add Private Details to a Contact (Not Sent to Research)

If you need to store contact details that should remain private to your organization, you can add them without involving the Research Team:

  • Click Actions > Add Details on the contact profile.

  • Enter any internal notes or information you want saved.

Anything added under Add Details is visible only to users in your Agility account.
