Agility allows you to export contacts from your Targeted Lists and Saved Searches as a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file. CSV files can be opened in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, and most other spreadsheet applications, making it easy to review, organize, or analyze your contact data.
Note: There is a limit to the number of contacts you can export at one time. This limit is initially established when you sign up with Agility.

🔹 Step 1: Open Your List
Navigate to Media Relations and open either:
a Targeted List, or
a Saved Search
Open the list containing the contacts you want to export.
🔹 Step 2: Select the Contacts
Select the contacts you want to export.
To export every contact in the list:
Select the checkbox at the top of the results.
If available, choose Select All Contacts on the List.
🔹 Step 3: Start the Export
Click Actions, then select Export.
Click Next to continue.
🔹 Step 4: Choose the Export Options
Select the information you'd like to include in your CSV file.
You can also:
Enter a name for the export file.
Select Include Lists to add a column showing every Targeted List each contact belongs to.
When you're finished, click Export.
🔹 Export Limits
There is a limit to the number of contacts you can export at one time. This limit is initially established when you sign up with Agility.
You can only export a list if the number of selected contacts is within your account's export allowance.
Some accounts may not include permission to export contacts. If you're unable to export contacts or have questions about your export allowance, please contact Support.

Export only the contacts you need to keep your files organized.
Include the Lists column if you want to identify which Targeted Lists each contact belongs to.
Review your Targeted Lists or Saved Searches before exporting to ensure your contact data is current.

You can export contacts from both Saved Searches and Targeted Lists.
Can I open the exported file in Microsoft Excel?

Will exporting remove contacts from Agility?
No.
Exporting creates a copy of your selected contacts. Your Targeted Lists and Saved Searches remain unchanged.
