The Subscriptions Dashboard helps you understand how much social and broadcast content your account is pulling in — and whether you are approaching your monthly quota.
If you’re new to Subscriptions, start here: You can learn more about what Subscriptions are and how to set them up here.
🔹 What Does the Subscriptions Dashboard Show?
Subscriptions bring mentions into Monitoring from:
Twitter/X
Facebook
Instagram
YouTube
Reddit
Select TV and radio sources
Each Agility account includes a monthly quota for social media and broadcast mentions. This quota resets automatically at the start of each month.
The Subscriptions Dashboard shows:
How many mentions your subscriptions have pulled in
Whether you are on track to stay within your quota
Which subscriptions are generating the most content
Whether any subscriptions are moderated or in standby due to quota usage
🔹 Understanding Daily Usage & Projections
The Daily Average Usage indicates how much content your subscriptions are pulling in per day, compared to your monthly quota.
Example:
If your Daily Average Usage shows 113%, it means your account will exceed its quota before the month ends unless your searches are adjusted.
You will also see:
The total mentions used this month
The total remaining
A graph showing daily mention volume
The graph includes:
Top 5 highest-volume subscriptions
All subscriptions combined
A horizontal line showing your monthly quota
A dotted projection line showing likely quota exhaustion
If one subscription is projected to exceed the quota (e.g., 7 days early), refine the search terms to reduce volume.
🔹 What Happens When You Reach Your Quota?
Every account can pull in a set number of social and broadcast mentions per month (this varies by package).
To help you manage usage, Agility automatically sends email notifications at:
50%
75%
90%
100%
Once your account reaches 100%, all subscriptions enter Standby.
Standby Mode
No new mentions will be ingested
Subscriptions reactivate automatically when the quota resets on the 1st of the month
🔹 What Is Moderation?
Some subscriptions may generate extremely high volumes of content — sometimes thousands of mentions per minute.
When this happens, Agility automatically sets the subscription to Moderated to:
Protect your account quota
Protect platform-wide ingestion resources
Prevent runaway volume spikes
Users will receive an email indicating the subscription has been moderated.
To reactivate it, refine your search terms to narrow results.
🔹 Emails You May Receive
You will get automated alerts for:
Quota percentage milestones
Subscriptions entering Standby
Subscriptions entering Moderated mode
These emails will go to all users on your account.
