Agility allows you to export interaction history in a CSV format, making it easy to track engagement, review outreach activity, or share reporting with your team.

🔹 Step-by-Step Guide to Exporting Interactions
Step 1: Access Your Contacts or List
Start by navigating to the Media Relations tab and opening the targeted list or saved search containing the contacts whose interactions you’d like to export.
You can:
Select individual contacts using the checkboxes
Select all contacts in a list
Or export interactions across all lists
Step 2: Open the Export Option
After selecting your contacts, click Actions, then choose Export Interactions.
This will open the export configuration window.
Step 3: Choose Your Interaction Source
Under Contacts/Outlets From, select where the interactions should be pulled from.
Options include:
Saved Searches
Lists
All Private Contacts
All Interactions (to export interactions across all lists)
Click Next to continue.
Step 4: Configure Export Settings
On the Interaction Export Setup screen, define your export preferences.
Select your Date Range
Choose the Interaction Types to include
Select the Data Fields that should appear in your export file
You may also customize the file name before exporting.
Step 5: Export Your File
Click Export to download your interaction data.
The file will download as a CSV, ready to open in Excel or share with your team.
