Social Topics begin collecting mentions from the moment they are created.
If you need to backfill coverage from the past 13 months, you can run a Replay to retrieve older X content.
🔹 Step 1: Set Up a Social Topic for X Content
First, create a Social Topic focused on the X content you want to monitor.

🔹 Step 2: Initiate a Replay
Within your Topic:
Click Set up a Replay Next
Select Create to begin configuring your replay settings

🔹 Step 3: Configure Replay Settings
In the settings window:
Choose Search Parameters
You can keep your existing Topic settings or adjust them if needed.Select Date Range
Choose the timeframe you want to backfill — up to 13 months in the past.

🔹 Step 4: Confirm and Start Replay
A Replay Confirmation pop-up will show an estimated content volume.
Click Start Replay to begin.
Once complete:
The backfilled mentions will be added to your Social Topic
These mentions will count toward your monthly quota
You will receive an email notification once the replay has finished
