You cannot attach or upload a video in Agility but you can embed a video by including a link to the site that they are hosted on (e.g. YouTube).  There are two ways you can do this and they are as follows: 

Step 1: Insert an image that will serve as the thumbnail image within your press release in a Word document.  It is recommended to add an overlay play button to make it look like a video link, as in below.

Step 2: Hyperlink your image. Right click on the image and add the URL to your video, save your Word document, and upload to Agility when you're ready.

Step 1: Within the Agility editor, look for the image icon and click on it.

Step 2: On the window that appears, choose your thumbnail image and click Upload.  You will be prompted to change your image settings as you see fit. 

Step 3: Under the Link tab, add the URL of your video and click OK. 

That's it!  You're all set!
