It uses AI and machine learning to:

Rewrite or refine your own content
Support 13 languages for both creation and translation

The AI-powered writing assistant is designed to accelerate your workflow, but you should always review, edit, and approve all generated content before sending.
🔹 How to Use the AI-powered writing assistant
AI-powered writing assistant can assist you in three main ways:
Draft your entire email or press release
Generate text inside any component
Suggest subject lines and preview text
Each option is described below.
🔹 1. Draft Your Entire Email or Press Release
When creating a new email distribution, toggle Use AI on.
You can then enter:
Key Narratives (multiple allowed)
Quotes (optional — if none are provided, AI may generate one)
Format: Email or Press Release
Language: Choose from 13 supported languages
Target Audience: Select from the options or create your own instruction
Purpose: Select from the options or create your own instruction
Tone: Select from multiple styles
Length: Short, Medium, or Long
You can even write your key messages in one language and generate the full release in another.
Click Generate and AI will produce a complete draft within seconds.

🔹 2. Draft Text Within Any Email or Newswire Component
Inside any text component of your email or newswire, click the Enhance with AI button.
Enter:
A clear key message
Optional guidelines such as tone, length, or specific details you want included
You can:
Click Regenerate to try another version
Click Insert to insert the AI-generated text into your distribution

AI can scan your email or press release content and suggest:
Multiple subject lines
Preview (preheader) text options
To use this feature:
Add your content to a text component
Click the pencil icon
Browse the suggested subjects and preview lines
Select the one you want to use
This is especially helpful for A/B testing or improving open-rate performance.
