🔹 Step 1: Choose What to Export
Within any social post feed, decide whether you want to:
Export all mentions from a topic or theme, or
Export specific mentions that you select manually.
If you want to export all mentions from a topic or theme, simply click Export and make your selections in the export window.
🔹 Step 2: Select Mentions Manually (Optional)
If you prefer to export only specific mentions:
Click the checkbox beside each mention you want to include.
To select all mentions on the page, click the checkbox in the top left corner.
By default, this selects only the mentions on the current page (e.g., 25 results).
To select all mentions in the topic, click Select All [X] Results when prompted.
You can also increase the number of results per page (up to 200) before exporting.
🔹 Step 3: Export the Mentions
Once your selection is complete:
Click Export.
Confirm your selection.
Choose which data fields you want to include in the export.
Social engagement data is now available as individual columns in the export. Shares, replies, likes, and views each appear separately rather than as a single combined engagements figure. Select whichever engagement fields are relevant to your needs.
Click Download to export your mentions as a .csv file.
