You can export your social mentions to use in your own custom way. To do this, within any social post feed, first decide if you want to make a selection of mentions or export every mention from a topic or themre. If the latter, simply click Export and make your selections.
If you wish to select the mentions you wish to export, you can click them one-by-one.
If you click the box in the top left, note that the default is to select all mentions on that page. You are alerted to this, as shown below, where I can SELECT ALL 175 RESULTS rather than the 25 page on page 1. I could also increase the number of results per page to 200.
Then I click Export.
I then confirm my selection
decide which data to export
and download to .csv.
