Setting your personal preferences helps you save time when performing common tasks like media targeting, distribution, and monitoring.

Each user can customize their own preferences, including:

  • Timezone display

  • Date and time format

  • Language

  • Currency (used when reporting AVE values)


🔹Default Filters

You can apply default filters to narrow your searches automatically. For example:

  • Targeting a specific country or language in your searches.

  • Applying filters to Targeted Lists so you only see those you created or manage.

🔹Email Distribution Defaults

You can set default headers and footers for your email distributions, ensuring consistent branding and layout for every message you send.

🔹Monitoring and Reporting Preferences

You can also apply defaults across monitoring and reporting modules, including:

  • Topics

  • Subscriptions

  • Alerts

  • Briefings

  • Reports

These preferences include the ability to customize default colors used in your Media Monitoring Reports for visual consistency.
