Open the Account menu
Click Brand Identities
2. Create a Brand Identity
Click Add
Enter your brand name
Choose how you want to build it:
Create manually
Create with PR CoPilot (AI)
3. Generate Your Brand with AI (Recommended)
Select Create with PR CoPilot to automatically build your profile.
AI will generate:
Brand overview and description
Tagline and mission
Products and services
Brand voice and messaging
Key value propositions
Industry
Website and social profiles
Competitors
Brand colors and logo
Review the content and edit anything to match your brand.
4. Customize Your Brand Identity
You can refine or expand your profile at any time:
Update messaging and positioning
Add or remove competitors
Upload or adjust visual elements (logo, colors)
Link a monitoring topic for your brand
Add custom fields (e.g., stakeholders, internal notes)
5. Save Your Brand Identity
Click Save to store your profile.
Your Brand Identity is now ready to use.
