Agility Platform FAQ

The purpose of this FAQ document is to answer a few recurring questions about
content, metrics and key features in Agility. If you have a question that is not
addressed here, please send your questions to cs@agilitypr.com and we will add it
here.


Q. Does Agility have “How to” videos, guides that I can access?
A. Yes, all videos and “How To” documents can be accessed at our Help Center once
you are logged into Agility. Here is the link to our Help Center.


Q. Can I use Agility to create and send media briefs and media reports?
Yes, Agility has very easy and efficient work flows to create and distribute media
briefs and media analysis reports from within the platform. These reports can be
either automated or custom-curated giving the user the full flexibility to design
and present as desired.
You can request fresh samples of types of reports and briefs that can be produced
by sending us an email at cs@agilitypr.com


Q. What media content is available in Agility?
Agility offers the full width of depth of media content including:

  • Global Online news sources

  • Blogs and Forums including Substack

  • Global TV and Radio (Sourced from TV Eyes)

  • Podcasts (Sourced from TV Eyes)

  • Financial Times financial package

  • Print Content

    • Global high-level print via Lexis Nexis.

    • NLA and CLA licensed content for UK

    • Local print for any country in the world can be added.

    • Magazine monitoring can also be added.

  • Social Content

    • Facebook, X, Reddit, YouTube and Instagram
      Linkedin, TikTok, Bluesky is also available through Social Listening
      module

Q. How does Agility handle Paywall publications?
For most paywall publications Agility tracks the full content and that content is
then available for reporting and searching by keywords. When sharing such
articles the reader will encounter paywalls. However, Agility’s AI tools are a great
way to get insights from the article.


Q. How does Agility source impression values?
Agility sources online impression values from Similar Web and broadcast is
provided by Nielsen via TV Eyes. You can find the full reach and AVE methodology
here.


Q. How far back is content available in Agility?
Any content that is saved in the archive is permanently available. When setting up
new account Agility offers the flexibility to make all content available on the
required keywords since 2022.
Live content is searchable for last 13 months. For specific details for your account
send an email to cs@agilitypr.com


Q. What if Agility does not cover a specific source?
If a specific news source is not already covered by Agility then you can request that
source to be added to our library by sending your request at cs@agilitypr.com


Q. Can Agility provide a list of all media sources it covers?
Due to enormity of such a list, we cannot share a list however we can cross
reference or confirm if any particular source or list of sources is covered by Agility

or not. A list of TV and Radio stations covered can be provided, and can be
requested anytime by emailing to cs@agilitypr.com


Q. What support is available?
Agility offers 24/7 (barring a few hours over the weekend) support access via email
(agilitysupport@agilitypr.com), phone and in-app chat. In addition, Agility has
assigned dedicated customer success team members. The main responsibility of
the dedicated Customer Success representatives is to:

  • Help support setting up of searches

  • Set up workflow for media briefs and reports as applicable

  • Be available to answer any specific questions about the account set up
    and use.

  • Be available for custom training sessions as many and as and when
    required.

  • CSMs can be reached out via cs@agilitypr.com


Q. What type of analysis/metrics does Agility offer?
Agility has a range of metrics with some of the most common ones used by clients
including:
o Coverage Trends (including month over month, quarter over quarter)
o Sentiment
o Top Authors and Outlets
o Media Type
o Social Engagement and Followers
o Word Clouds (most frequent words or hashtags)
o Top Influencers
o Google Analytics Integrations
o Prominence/Impact score
o Share of Voice (by competitors, themes, products etc)
o Regional Breakdown
o Various Competitive comparions.
o Plus, many more

Q. Is there a way to identify Syndicates in Agility?
Yes, there is option to hide, group syndicate articles. We are further expanding on
this feature to make it even more useful. To learn more about this email

Q. How does time zones work in Agility?
Each user can set up the time zone of their account to the more relevant time zone
by clicking on the User Preferences under Accounts. For e.g. if a client account is
based in UK, then you can set the account to UK time zone.


Q. Can I create a custom media list in Agility?
Yes, source groups allow you to create your customer media outlets lists and then
search and filter for content within that group of outlets. Find out more here.
