๐น Discover your media coverage trends and key takeaways
You will be presented with the first of several charts in a Summary tab showing you the trends and key messages associated with your media coverage.
There are four tabs, each one of which contains several charts analysing your coverage by the various data available, such as media types, regions, top outlets, impresssions and more.
The Sentiment tab breaks down your results into positive, negative and neutral coverage...
...including word clouds enabling you to identify the keywords associated with your coverage.
Social Listening users will have access to the analysis of their social media coverage, including all of the options to focus on individual networks as well as the overall picture.
๐น Generate Quick AI Insights
The Coverage Insights tab identifies the key messages taken from your overall coverage and supports these insights with specific examples of your media mentions, which you can review and save to your account.
If you want a deeper analysis, click More Insights. From here you can analyse your own key messages, apply a selection of analysis options, and switch between topics, date ranges, and a range of other criteria to enable you to get insights on any of your coverage in exactly the way that serves your needs.
To set the analytics view as your default, simply update your media monitoring user preferences.
