🔹 How Agility Delivers Your Print Coverage
• While you can update keyword searches in Agility for online and social content, print searches must be updated by Agility Support.
To request new or revised print search terms, email agilitysupport@agilitypr.com and our team will update your print monitoring parameters with our print partners.
• All print coverage is delivered to your Agility account as scanned PDFs of the original print articles.
• Your Agility Trainer will guide you on creating search terms in Agility that allow print mentions to display correctly alongside other media types.
🔹 How You Can Use Your Print Coverage
You can use your print mentions across Agility’s workflow just like your online or broadcast results:
Include print coverage in:
Daily email briefings
Monitoring topics alongside other media types
Curated briefings
Coverage alerts
Reporting dashboards
Your Trainer will walk you through how to set these up.
Retention Note:
Mentions remain saved in your Agility account indefinitely.
However, access to scanned PDFs is typically limited to 28 days, depending on the terms of your NLA licence.

Agility operates in full compliance with UK and international copyright rules.
Agility is fully licensed for press copying by the NLA and the CLA.
Clients must also ensure they hold the correct copyright licence for their organisation.
