If you have included links in your press release, you can see who has clicked on links as well as which link the contact has clicked on in the email distribution report.
Email distribution reports can be accessed in Amplify > Manage Email Distributions. Click on the name of an email distribution to open the report and click on links clicked on the left for a list of contacts who have clicked links.
